Cannot fault the 2 guys that came to unblock our toilet after the pesky bloo got stuck. From start to finish literally took less than a minute to get the toilet unblocked and clear. Would recommend.
A man came which my landlady arranged as I was having problems. He cleared the blockage and told me it was blocked with fat and was really rude and said I put too much toilet paper down the toilet. Of... See more

After 3 weeks and a £120 charge my elderly parents toilet was blocked again. Their work is not guaranteed. Going to Dyno Rod now to sort out.

I wouldn’t recommend that you use this company at all. After advertising that there is no call out charge and free quotes this quite simply isn’t the case. I was quoted a call out charge of £145 plus VAT. The technician did little more than lift a man hole cover and raise a pump from a hole, costing £175 for him to provide a quote for a new pump, which should of been free as stated on their website free quotes . After complaining to the company I’ve received an email mentioning my tearful emotional state, which I think being 37 weeks pregnant is justified and shouldn’t be used against a heavily pregnant woman. I’m thoroughly disappointed by the ability of this company and their staff to charge someone £175 for little more the 10 minutes inspecting to provide a free quote and a complaints procedure that highlights an emotional and vulnerable woman as if to use this against her.
Dalrod are simply amazing
Dalrod are simply amazing. One call to them, spoke to a nice polite lady. The engineer was out soon after. Lovely polite man called Sean turned up.
He jetted the blockage, checked all my drains and left it all flowing like a clear fountain. Very good job. Excellent service at a reasonable price. I recommend Dalrod.
