Do not use these COWBOYS
Paid £8000 to fix 2 leaks on my roof 3 years ago also
3 guys came for one day £8000 seems a lot for one days work
said they would replace all broken tiles
Had to call them back as it still leaked , still got a load of broken tiles when they left
It is now leaking again , got a different roofer to fix what Dalton should have done , he showed me a video, there were no soakers , no wonder it leaked
This roofer was here for 2 days ( 3 guys) charged less than a quarter of what Dalton did
New roofer showed me videos of all the work he did

Excellent customer service from Dalton Roofing, especially Ruby, who took my enquiry, and Phil, who came out.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with another company. I paid them £100 for a roof inspection, and they quoted me hundreds of pounds for repairs that they deemed necessary, to put the roof in good order.

The quote was rather vague, and I felt that it was leading to them finding more problems, and therefore charging me much more, if I agreed to them completing the work.

I contacted Dalton Roofing, and explained my problem. My insurance company were insisting on a report, and work done, if it was deemed necessary, or my insurance would be invalid. This had to be by a reputable company who are part of a confederation.

Thankfully my neighbour suggested contacting Dalton Roofing, which I did. Ruby was helpful on the phone, and arranged for Phil to visit the house today.

He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. His inspection resulted in me being told that the roof is in good order, with no faults or problems, and will last for many years.

Phil has restored my faith in decent, honest, and reliable companies, who are keen to maintain an excellent reputation.

I will use Dalton Roofing if I need any work carried out in the future, and will be happy to recommend them to family and friends.
