I visited the North Tower of Damac Residential building 67 Bondway SW8 London. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the lead concierge(Aaliyah) at the time who went the extra mile to enhance my experience.

My name is khaldoun, today morning I met Ms.Rima Asbir and Mr. Tariq Khalil in customer happiness center (elite), they are so kind and cooperative and professional. I do appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

DAMAC are total scam- stop and think before you jeopardise your money. Initially the investment opportunity seemed appealing however before any investment wanted to know if the payment plan can be amended to suit our needs.
Senior Sales advisor told us in order to have payment plan amended we need to pay a small amount of 20,000 AED £4500 as genuine show of our interest and this payment it’s totally refundable.
This fee was essential to enable sale advisor to get us the best deal and talk to his senior advisors.
After receiving the plan we looked into it and realised they haven’t taken our needs to consideration and amended payment plan slightly which didn’t suite to us. We replied that it’s not for us and to refund our refundable show of interest fee. They have read our messages and request of refund and stopped responding and replying
Now we are out of pocket for over £4500. No reply from them offices as whoever speaks with us reassuring us to resolve this won’t get back to us. Totally ignoring our calls and emails. I am stuck don’t know what to do …. How can big company like this will act.

With deeper research we find out they are full of BS and rallying one financial scam- they will promised you things but in writing will provide something else.
People got issues with them construction quality, as it is so poor and issues with the building happens as soon as get your property, wall are showing major cracks in only 1 year in hot weather and water drain issues. Complaint department don’t even give a inch.
We would like to advise everyone please don’t waste your hard earn money with them, think twice and get independent advice on their terms and conditions, late fees and insurance of quality of work.

Damac seems to dislike any negative comments about them and spend vast amount of time to delete them - they don’t allow comments on their social media platforms, their website - and when they allow you to post something is only to their advantage! Be careful
