Has a positive experience with DamColiving (IJburg) during the almost 1 year of living there. Communication was great, and the team was happy to help me/us wherever they can. They also organised some community events, which I found were a great initative!

I’ve lived in the Zeeburgerpad building since July 2023 and have had a great experience. Any questions and concerns are quickly and responsibly addressed. And it’s a great location!

I have lived in Dam Coliving for more than 2'5 years now and it has been a fantastic experience. A very well-connected spot, with lots of international people and similar young professionals with a very cheerful vibe, ideal to survive winter and enjoy summer in Amsterdam!

Expedited process with minimal bureaucracy; modern living quarters; responsible landlord; like-minded roommates; overall decent value for money

I lived at Dam Coliving Ijburg for 4 months. I had a very nice stay, the landlord is very available and responsive. The apartments are nice and modern, with great views. Ijburg is a lovely neighbourhood, close to the beach and surrounded by nature. The tram stop is not super close (10-15min walk), but it gets you directly to central station. There is also a bus stop right by the door which gets you to Bijlmer Arena (trains to airport, Utrecht etc). I definitely recommend it.

I’ve lived in Dam Coliving for over 2 years now and I am very happy here! This is a great place for young adults, especially those new to the city. I’ve met like-minded people who turned into friends and really enjoyed all the events organised to bring all the tenants together!

I have lived here for 3 years now and i am very happy. Mischa, the landlord is a very nice person and he also organizes events every 3 months for the people in the building (all young professionals) to get to know each others.

The website provides misleading information, especially regarding prices and availability, which are not up to date at the moment. I contacted the company for an available apartment, but once they contacted me by email, they suggested another apartment because the one I had chosen was not available. The site is poorly designed, so the company can improve from that perspective. Secondly, the treatment of customers is poor. The apartment proposed by them is available from the beginning of January 2024. They made me fill out forms to then be contacted by residents to see the apartment. Once done, they asked me for more information that was already in the form, and more specifically about my work in detail. I responded politely, stating what I do and that my job is an employee job with a fixed salary. They responded saying that they have no more vacancies. I asked for more information but have not heard back. They are not reliable, so if you want advice, don’t trust them. If tomorrow I had problems in the apartment, given this customer care, it would be better to stay away.
