Abysmal Customer Service
Zero transparency and recurring poor service—Avoid.
This is the second year in a row I’ve had a terrible experience with Dame Products’ customer service. Last year, the issue was a complete lack of transparency regarding their shipping. This year, the service managed to get even worse.
I contacted support because of a technical glitch where the free shipping option completely disappeared at checkout—despite me hitting the required threshold—forcing me toward expensive expedited shipping. I also mentioned a misplaced promo code, which, frankly, wasn't even better than the standard sales they run anyway.
Instead of addressing the website error or helping me, I received a lazy, canned response about not "combining discounts." They didn't even bother to read my email. It is insulting to deal with a company that ignores direct questions and treats customers like a support ticket to be closed rather than a person to be helped. Absolutely appalling service; I won't be back.
