Ashley was very responsive to my request and arranged a specialist to conduct a damp investigation report the same week. The surveyor was very thorough and produced a comprehensive and easy to understand report with sensible recommendations.

Ashley acts with impeccable immediacy from getting the surveyor out to responding to emails. He is consistently professional and checks in during the work.
Alan, Dan and Warren were impressively efficient and worked solidly while they were here to complete the work to a high standard in at a considerably fast pace, due to their unwavering work ethic. They were also more than happy to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it throughout the process.
The standard of the work is incredible and the place was left clean and tidy. I cannot fault the whole process.

After an initial conversation with Dean, which was informative and put into simple language, we were passed over to Ashley who was really helpful and kept us informed of the process every step of the way. The survey was booked in with our estate agents and we recieved the report within 5 working days.

Thoroughly professional service, I recommend to any requiring a survey or remedial works. After a promptly arranged survey, remedial works were carried out in a timely fashion. Throughout the process, Ashley kept open communication and provided me updates whilst maintaining professionalism throughout. I also appreciated the post remedial works attention in checking everything was to my satisfaction. 10/10
