Excellent leased line solution

My office is based a fair distance from our local exchange and I have always had terrible broadband coverage. Damtel proposed the installation of a leased line which I had never heard of. Now I have excellent broadband and do not share the service with anybody else. I costs a little bit more than standard fibre but it is well worth the aggravation that I have saved!!

Happy customer of 6 years.

I have been with these guys since 2009 and have had no complaints. Bills always seem to stack up and faults have been dealt with quickly (although admittedly they send BT but I think that this is normal procedure).
They needed a bit of nagging to get me on Direct Debit but when I eventually did this, they gave me a 5% discount which I was happy with.
Would definitely recommend.

Prompt and efficient

Never usually take cold calls but their South London rep is excellent. A real rarity, he actually delivered on what he offered. Bills dropped 40% vs BT and invoices accurate each month etc etc.
No complaints at all.

AWFUL COMPANY.

These people at Damtel are the worse people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!! They tell constant lie after lie.
Back in January I lost my phone line and was told by damtel I had a fault on my line, they left me with out services for over 10 days, whilst lying and promising me they would repair it, when they had no intention at all as they couldn't repair a fault that wasn't there! My line had been stopped. They are Rude, arrogant and just plain awful. the customer service they offer is appalling...STAY WELL AWAY FROM DAMTEL!!
Do not trust this company with your business EVER!!
