Bad service
I wanted to return some spoons which I bought on line in the wrong size at your store in Stor Kongesgade partially because this was the adress on the package, but I was informed that I had to go to Lyngby. I understand that I could not exchange the spoons for the correct size as the stock is in Lyngby, but it would have helped greatly if I could at least have returned the spoons. I had travelled to Copenhagen from Holbæk, so the trip further to Lyngby was not inconsequential for me.

Yes, we have 2 retail locations.. One with Silver and gold and one with everything else.
You purchased stainless flatware which is at our Lyngbyvej 155, 2100 Copenhagen location. Which you can also see on your order page and on the product page.
Our Lyngbyvej location is just off highway when you come from Holbæk and has nothing to do with the city of Lyngby, just the name of a street.
But you must have been very happy with our product and service, as I can see you have just placed another order with us.. a few minutes after you gave us bad feedback
Our phone and email is always open, if a customer have questions or concerns.

The soup bowls arrived here without any problems. They are very beautiful!!! I love them! I have made homemade soup every day and have enjoyed serving and eating from them! I already have 4 Flora Danika dinner plates. I am saving my money to buy 4 salad plates and a sauce boat with underplate any maybe more.
