Warning to both homeowners and renters – poorly managed company
My experience with DanCenter as a homeowner has unfortunately been very negative. They have had major issues with settling payments correctly with me, and time and time again, I have had to spend time and effort just to receive the payments I am entitled to.
Several of my guests have also complained about poor customer service from the local office, which has been unhelpful when problems arose. Additionally, the cleaning has been unsatisfactory, leading to disappointing experiences for my guests.
I have now decided to switch to another rental agency because DanCenter is simply not trustworthy. It is worth noting that they handle customer service, marketing, and support from abroad – including a headquarters in India, where cheap labor seems to be more important to them than satisfied customers.
If you are considering renting through DanCenter – or listing your holiday home with them – I strongly recommend checking reviews in Facebook groups or other forums first. The chances of a bad experience are unfortunately very high.
