Whether you’re an amateur or a professional, a child or an adult, DWS is definitely the right choice. I procrastinated before joining but I’m happy I finally made the decision cause it was a life changer. The power of dance especially with DWS can’t be fathomed till you are part of the family. Here you gonna see a massive physical, psychological and mental improvement, which is something I saw right from my day one 5months ago till now with DWS.

A great way to keep fit . The instructors are so full of energy and so welcoming and I like that the class has all ages ans is multi-racial.

My experience at Dance With Stago has been amazing. They make cardio fun and you don't realise how much your burning. A lot more engaging than the gym! 3 x a week is the best motivation to keep on track and the community is so supportive. Highly recommend!

You don’t have to be a great dancer to be here! The energy is all you need. They will teach you step by step with clear instructions, if you get confused just ask. Either way you will have a great time, loose weight and make new friends!
Amazing studio with nothing but positive energy, can i just say the affirmations at the end of each class are just YES!!!!
Its more affordable than the gym yet you burn as much calories ✊🏾 i can’t recommend DWS enough. Come and dance with Stago!!!

I found this class less than a week ago and have already attended 2 sessions. The instructors and other students alike are all so welcoming. I felt comfortable from the get go. I had been looking for an afrobeats workout class for the longest time but they were always located out of Birmingham. I have to say I hit the jackpot when I found this class in Newtown Birmingham.

The classes are high energy and easy to follow. You learn an abundance of new dance moves and achieve a highly effective workout all at once. I am now completely hooked.

I want to send both instructors Stago and Thando a big thank you for doing what you do as your work goes beyond dance and fitness, it encompasses so many other areas such confidence building, combatting loniness, encouraging friendship groups. Supporting and Preventing mental health as the classes are also very theraputic. Just to mention a few.

Keep up the good work you are real ones. 💯

Absolutely love dancewithstago. The dance is full of energy and the coordination is amazing. I am becoming a confident dancer.

The community is great and welcoming. The dancing is energetic and fun and makes you feel well exercised. Afrobeats dance moves and energy levels are improving.

I moved to Birmingham, didn’t know anyone, or have any friends. I discovered dancewithstago online went once & now I’m hooked 3x a week. Not only is this a dance infused fitness class (if you want to work out without realising you’re working out this is the class for you!) this is a true family. They really look out for you and I can safely say I now have friends in a new city because of this class.

Classes aside I was lucky enough to attend a live performance/show. They sold out and smashed it! I can’t wait to see this grow & take to bigger stages soon. Thank you DWS for providing a space where I feel so at home and enjoy exercising.

What made the experience great is that we worked as a family and it was all about having fun and enjoying yourself.
The level of respect and support is beautiful best place to go beautiful people and beautiful atmosphere.

My sole aim of going to Stago was to learn how to dance. I have gained so much more ; confidence , friends , a dance family and great teachers . Absolutely fantastic dance school!! I am still learning and even when I do the wrong move I can laugh about it because that's what they promote. No judgement !! As Stago would say ' I believe in your Belief !! '

This class has been extremely beneficial and has helped me to become much more confident and has improved my dance ability. I just want to say a huge thank you to both Steven (Stago) and Thando for pushing me and encouraging me in class and out. I cannot explain what this has done for me. I look forward to each class and cannot wait for the next! :)
