I ordered the Dove Dress in Bamboo size 18, and wow! I find it really hard to buy dresses that fit! I am much bigger on the bust than I am on the waist and dresses usually just “hang”.
This dress fits like a dream, so roomy but in all the right places and pinches in perfectly with the belt. Would highly recommend. My order arrived really quickly too. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Really great customer service with a mistake I made when placing my order. It was completely my fault but the team were so quick at getting back to me and sorting the problem!

Ordered for next day delivery but didn't arrive. Emailed customer service who responded really promptly to explain IT problems on the Royal Mail portal meant tracking wasn't updating and parcel was likely to be delayed. Very apologetic. Refunded the difference in shipping costs automatically and followed up next day to say they'd kept an eye on it and it was due to be delivered that day. Great customer service from Victoria and the dress is fantastic too. Happy customer 😀

This company has the nicest original prints, gorgeous clothes and is such good quality. They always ship so fast in the UK, I get standard delivery and it takes two days. I get compliments on all the things I buy; I would highly recommend!

I recently had an issue and Victoria and Mary resolved the “problem” effectively and effortlessly. DL clothes always fill me with joy: the colours and the style, I really resonate with. I used to be a flower dress type of girl. Now I feel confident enough to wear Leopard print, original motifs and bold colours. I always get complimented whenever I’m wearing anything DL. I find the clothes are well constructed and I always feel polished but trendy.

The orders always arrive in a timely manner and their customer service is amazing and very responsive!

Dreadful service! I first ordered a month ago, a week or so later I receive an email saying thank you for my return and they will process my refund shortly. I never received the items to begin with. When I followed up, I was told by the Dancing Leopard team it was my fault for entering the wrong address.

I place a second order about 2 weeks ago, selecting the more expensive courier, hoping my order will be delivered. Next thing I know, I am bombarded with email asking me to pay customs. There was absolutely no communication from the Dancing Leopard team that I had to pay this. I have tried paying it on several occasions, to no success. I have notified Aramex locally and the Dancing Leopard team. Neither have been able to resolve the issue and now the Dancing Leopard team has gone entirely silent. I have been BEGGING them to resolve the matter or issue a refund. I even reached out to the owner for help, but I am not sure she will even care much to be honest. Hopefully I get my order or my money back. I’m not entirely sure what to do if I don’t? Getting legal involved probably won’t make sense, hopefully I can rely on some sort of consumer rights act.

In summary, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

This is my first time ordering from the website. Unfortunately there was a hiccup when my delivery details defaulted to an alternative address - I contacted Customer Services and as it was a Sunday thought I'd have to wait until the next working day for a response. Wrong!! Mary got back in touch and was brilliant! She reassured me and sorted it out, the dress arrived promptly (to the right address!) and is gorgeous. Fabulous from start to finish - thank you Team DL!

I love dancing leopard dresses. Unfortunately this time there was a sizing fault with the dress I received. I got intouch with customer services and they were more than helpful. Beautiful dress, easy to wear and easy care-Bamboo blue. Customer service handled a small query very quickly.

I'm really impressed by the quality of the swimwear I purchased. As well, the colour, fit and fit are on point. I ordered the incorrect items when I was rushing, I emailed the customer service and they swapped it round for me with no hassle, super helpful service. I'm definitely going to be getting more from here!

Customer service is fantastic.
Recently purchased a dress in the wrong size and didn’t realise till the e-mail came through.
I emailed the company straight away to see if it could be changed, as was needed for a wedding doo asap!
Unfortunately it was already out to be shipped but Victoria from the team upgraded my next postage to ensure the replacement arrived on time.

So helpful and friendly! The dress that did arrive was just what I wanted, so this extra bit of help was great and stopped me from stressing so much!

Excellent customer service from Victoria, when I had a problem with my PP payment going through in time for next day delivery. She quickly sorted cancelling and reordering with a different payment method and my items arrived on time. Dancing Leopard have a great choice of bright, cheerful and stylish clothing at very reasonable prices

Retuned a jumpsuit as did not like the print so ordered another in a different print kept that one…

Over two weeks no refund!!! Sent them my order number and tracking number they still come back saying they are confused!!! What is there to be confused about? Shared my QR code and tracking number and screen shot they received the returns on the 2nd August

Still no refund and still battling with them to get this order refunded as now they are saying I refused delivery!!!!

My initial email has the screen shot from Royal Mail with tracking number so what was there to be confused about ????? How do you explain the second response from yourself advising I refused delivery???

Omg! I have just received 3 of your stunning dresses over here in Queensland, Australia - where I have seen nothing like these beauties before especially the second two pieces.

Just wanted to say I am super impressed with the fabrics and the quality. Gorgeous Painted Leopard is to die for - silky soft, flattering and ultra comfortable. The drop dead gorgeous Lily in blush leopard is so incredibly flattering and comfortable in a style and design that is show stopping and the striking black on pink dot so sexy and sophisticated and again dreamy comfort levels in the fabric and design.

The customer service is high end - I am already waiting for my next purchase!
