I placed and received an order. Their website declares "easy returns". I have now sent three emails requesting a return with no response.
Further there is no contact number, only an email that no one replies to.
I do NOT recommend this company. Wish I had know, you can do your business for these exact same products with Chewy or Amazon.
I absolutely love this pet care system! Being able to clean their feet easy and the applicator for the lotion after cleaning is amazing!!! My dogs don’t seem to mind it either!
