I saw an advert on social media, (a great start I know), for a herbal tea, I clicked the link and was then taken to what looked like a legit website.
I placed an order for 120g of herbal tea.
I was provided with a tracking number for mainland China post, which showed the item had not been shipped, it stayed like this for nearly 3 weeks then the item arrived by Royal Mail 48hr tracked which I never received a tracking number for.
I wanted the tea to take with me as I was going away the following week after placing the order, the website has an email adress to contact them for instructions on their returns and refund policy, I sent two emails explaining my situation and that I would like to return the product, no reply to either of them, after a couple of weeks I got in touch with my credit card company and was told that because I have received the goods and have not returned the goods then there is not much they can do, so basically all this company has to do is not provide a returns address on their website and not return any emails regarding returns or refunds and even though you think you are covered by using a credit card, that is not the case.

Most importantly if the goods are produced in mainland China, then this is a major conern as they still use highly toxic agricultural chemicals which are banned else where in the world and known to be carcegenic.
I would not eat any food items shipped directly from mainland China whithout knowing for sure they are certified as organic and safe to consume.
The website say's their products are backed by scientific research but again no links or any other information of what this research is or when it was done, its all very dodgy.
