Danezon came through!
While initially thinking I had made a mistake ordering from Danezon due to a long- time waiting for my sweatshirt and having to make three e-mail tries before receiving a response, Danezon came through with flying colors! They explained why the long wait for my order (to enable them to keep prices lower);and, when my order did not fit they went above and beyond to work out a very fair resolution!! I would order from them again as I believe them to be a company who will treat their customers fairly, which is often not the case when ordering on-line! Thank you, Danezon.

Unable top return jacket that was too small
Ordered a jacket for my wife before Christmas. Received jacket a couple of weeks for Christmas, but did not giver it to her until Christmas morning. The jacket is too small. Tried to return it, but was informed that had to be returned withing 48 hours of receipt. Offered a 20 dollar credit on new purchase. Cannot order as a present unless you are giving it withing 48 hrs after receiving, but you do not know when you are receiving it after ordering it.

Worth the wait!
I ordered a jacket in November to be an Xmas gift. Shipping presented a challenge for everyone during the holidays. The Danezon team were So accommodating, sending emails, offering a refund or credit for the delay. They were transparent and generous, elevating them as A-1 in customer service. The jacket received is gorgeous and our son said it was worth the wait!
