I decided to call DG direct to see if they would swap the trousers that had not been worn with the right size. We found out it was my partners fault, although Dean stated no problem, leave it with me and he would sort. Now that's Customer Experience..no fuss, no drama. Dean offered a returns label, but I think I should pay for the cost and posted back the trousers.
