This is a Chinese company even though they pretend to be UK.
Poor quality, make it virtually impossible to return goods offer you a percentage refund to keep the item (of which is so poor you wouldn’t even wear in the house) or return at your own expense to china when teceived they will then refund. After 15days still haven’t received any money even though they say the refund has been raised.

Long shipping. Poor quality items. Returning is a nightmare and costs £30 postage back to china at your cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This company has a return policy, which paraphrased says you need our permission to return your purchase, we can ask you to do anything to get that permission. If we allow you to return it, you will pay the full costs. We will then decide whether to pay you or not. Good luck with that.
