Misleading product information on several products

Misleading product information on several products
1. Hoof Violet product seems to have changed packaging compared to the webshop? I had to read the entire package through to find out the product was the same, but didn't expect to receive a plastic pump bottle for the price (and picture) of old spray. It's difficult to use the pump on a hoof without spreading the product everywhere, not buying that one anymore, and wouldn't have bought several bottles if knowing about the change.
2. Face masks are apparently sold in inner plastic bags, although the picture is of a box - which was cleared only after using time to write to the customer service. Misleading product info causing lost time and dissatisfaction.
3. Two stars for fast delivery.

Hello Anna, Thanks for your comments. All new products will be deleted when they at sold out.
Unfortunatly the product Hoof Violet have changed packaging - and photo will be changed soon.
About facemasks - we do not always describe the packing/emballage for products, ex plastic, bags or box. But we have tried too be more specific in our description of the product.
