Payed double for shipping because of their incompetence

Charged £27 for international shipping and then FedEx contacted me to tell me the customs forms were not filled out correctly so I had to provide all the information on what was in the parcel myself and then pay customs fees of £24 out of my own pocket. Contacted the company and asked for my shipping to be refunded and they haven’t even responded. Disgusting lack of customer service or care. Will never be buying from them again and recommending everyone avoid them as customer service is non existent.
