Ordered 2 Belmont recliners not as advertised…
Ordered 2 Belmont recliners advertised as having WA JARRAH frames. After four weeks I noticed the right front corner of one of the chairs was lower to the ground than the other corner. My husband tipped the chair on its side to see if he could see what was causing this but couldn't find anything. Anyway while the chair was on it's side we saw what the frame was actually made of, it was mainly chipboard and plywood not a sign of jarrah and the workmanship was terrible. I have sent multiple emails to these people requesting they take these chairs back and give me a refund. A nameless person keeps telling me they don't refund for these circumstances. I wrote one message to Clayton Arnold the owner but he wouldn't reply. I would never have bought chairs with these unsealed wood substitutes as I have COPD also. These were falsely advertised at far too high a price. This is against the law. Also they have ignored the fact that they are supposed to fix the problem of the tilting chair after one months use by an elderly person who only uses the chair about two and half hours a day.
