Terrible and rude 'service'
I went to 'Danmarks barnevogne' at Christmas Møller plads today after hearing from a friend that they would be able to fix a problem I had with my ABC Cobra pram- the brake on one side will not work. I checked the website to see if they sold this product, which they do.
When I came into the shop an elderly man told me straight away he couldn't help me because I hadn't bought the pram in their shop. I told him I was willing to pay for the service (of course), and could he not even take a look at the pram? He completely refused and told me to contact the shop where I had bought the pram. I told him I had bought it online. He said 'sådan er det bare'.
I couldn't believe that he was so rude and obnoxious. There was not one other customer in the shop, I was willing to pay and I am sure that the problem could be easily fixed but yet he was completely unwilling to even contemplate helping me in my situation. I have never experienced such bad service and rudeness in my life.
Do not go to this shop if you want any kind of service or help… you will be disappointed.
