This is an incredible company with fabulous products and a really human approach. They put themselves under pressure this past week to help me get my order quickly and refunded a product I had ordered in error. They did not have to do it and in the current market it shows what a lovely ‘family’ this is. Could not recommend highly enough
Ordered a pack of 4 x LED Tea lights costing less than £3 but order came to nearly £9 as they use DHL to deliver. Out of 4 tealights only 2 were working. Customer Services responded quickly and sent out replacements which turned out to be incorrect. Replacements did not have timer function which I particularly needed.
Ordered a lampshade making kit in 2017. Now wish to change but had no recall of order date or measurements. Rang Dannels and they immediately got my old order to hand, said they would email it to me so I could reorder the same kit. Fabulous service from this company. Efficient and customer friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
