I have tried different brands of semi cured nails and your are the best! I like your choice of colors and the fact that they stay on. My experience in the past with other nails is that within a few days one or more of them pop off. With yours I can easily wear them 2 plus weeks and they stay on and still look good.

Please don't worry, we will try our best to solve the problem for you. Here are some tips on dropping, so you can check if you have any questions:
1.Please note that you should always wipe the surface of your natural nails with alcohol pads or sterilized cotton pads before applying. Our kits contain dry cotton pads which need to be dampened with living alcohol before use.
2.The edges of the gel nail sticker do not fit the surface of the nail completely. You can use the wooden stick inside the kit, which has a beveled end, or another tool to gently press along the edge of the nail sticker. The purpose of this is to press out the excess air and make it fit better to the nail surface.
3. Choose a size slightly smaller than your natural nails and leave a little distance between the base coat and the nail bed. This will prevent the edges from sticking to the skin during the procedure.
4.If the nails do not dry within 60 seconds, first check that the light is good. Again, bring your hand close to the light source and re-expose it to the light for 60 seconds.
5.If the UV lamp has not hardened after 60 seconds of exposure to the UV lamp after applying the Top Coat, we also recommend that you can bake for an additional 30 -60 seconds. This is due to the fact that everyone uses a different thickness of topcoat and if the Top Coat is thicker, it will take longer!
5.Do not expose to hot water or steam for 3 hours. Prolonged or repeated exposure to hot water or hot steam over a short period of time can damage the adhesive layer, and the it will most likely be damaged by the hot water or hot steam before it fully covers the nail, eventually leading to peeling.
6.Since gel nail stickers are designed for nail care and decoration, they are very soft. If the length of a gel nail sticker is longer than that of a natural nail sticker, firstly, the shape of the nail will be difficult to trim and the edges will wear off quickly; secondly, the gel nail sticker will not hold and will fall off quickly. This is because the softness of the gel nail sticker, beyond the natural nail is not well supported, it is difficult to harden. However, this is not a quality problem of the product itself, but because of the special properties of gel nails, we do not recommend customers to use them for extension. Our products are intended to decorate the nails on the basis of better nail protection.

Waste of my money
I bought 3 different sets of partial cured gel nails. First the little light is really only big enough for a couple of fingers at any time. Second, the nails never got hard. I tried each nail on both hands for 4 minutes or longer and they stayed soft and extra bendy. I waited after trying to cure the nails to see if it took extra time before they hardened but they did not ever get hard. And the directions were spare on information. There needs to be more details in the instructions.

I love these nails
I love these nails. They last great and are fairly easy to put on. I like how quick they are after ordering, they take your order, fill it and get them mailed to you! They are very quick in the whole process, and I appreciate that!

I ordered 6 sets of semi-cured gel nail strips. Of the 6 I ordered, 3 were incorrect! (And not even close to what I’d ordered.)
