Low quality products but good customer service
Such low quality products.. I bought twice now the snake necklace and it broke both times within a few uses. Thankfully they refunded me for the first one I managed to fix the second but now it just broke again.
Two stars because of the great customer service.. shame because their products are beautiful.

Cheqp presentation for a reasonably expensive product
Hi I already had some of this jewellery so I ordered two bracelets for a family members birthday. They arrived in a cardboard box in a plastic bag. It really cheapened what was an expensive gift. I was very disappointed. I don't reccomend for gifting. I also was disappointed with the finish and colour of what I purchased.

I am sorry to hear that you find the necklace to short, but as many of our other short necklaces it is 40cm + 5cm extension.
The length of a necklace is a matter of individual taste and practicality and personal preference, and we therefore have several different length in our collection.
