OK products but we ordered to ecigs and only one arrived after 7 weeks from ordering. No responses to emails from customer service in over a week and telephone line just gives message they are closed...

And suddenly, after sending a new message, I got in contact with someone who was both willing and able to both research and solve the problem.
In fact an impressing effort, in the middle of the night.
I'm glad it finally worked out, and a big thx to the one taking it seriously 😊

After my attempts of getting in contact with Dansmoke, without any respons, I wrote on their Facebook.
They then wrote me, and promised to contact me the following day.
That's now 5 days ago, and they never did.
What they did instead was to contact Trusrpilot and denied any knowledge of me or tha case.
They also deleted my writing on their Facebook.

I ordered and paid online, without ever receiving the products.
My emails to support don't get replies.
And the phone number, that's open 2 hours a day, noone picks.
I know this company isn't set up to be a fraud, but when their logistic, supplies, and customer service is at that level, it doesn't make any difference whether it's intentional or just extremely bad business routines.
I was also provided a login upon ordering, but trying to log in, I get an error message saying that account doesn't exist.
Their problems seem to be on every level, from ordering, paying, delivering, lack of support, lack of customer respect, dysfunctional customer registering/IT, etc
It at a level where I'm about to be impressed how many mistakes a company are able to do.
