Dress was very poor quality which you wouldn’t expect for the price. The neckline was way off the rest of the measurements of the dress. Think small tree trunk size but the dress was size 8. Tried to return but was not allowed. Also paid for express delivery and it didn’t come for 2 weeks. Not the 3-5 days I paid for. Again no compensation. Do not purchase from this company. They are scammers. $137 down and furious.

This was my first time ordering from their online shop, and I’m very happy with the purchase! I ordered a Max Mara coat at a great price, and the package was well packed. Furthermore, I needed their support with import tax documentation, and they accommodated all my requests. I would like to say a big thank you to the team!

Terrible customer service and website to buy from. I placed an order and paid my total. A few days later, I received an email telling me I needed to pay an additional $250 to cover the duty fees. When I emailed the company, they told me it clearly lists this in the check out process. I wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy, so I went through the check out process again and did not see this listed anywhere. Turns out it lists it on the item page in a tiny font in parenthese. Not only did I feel this was extremely misleading, but when I emailed the company, someone named Serena wrote to me "You better pay the duties." She was extremely demeaning and disrespectful. I would NEVER purchase from this company again. I also found out that if I wanted to return the item, I would need to pay an additional $250 + shipping fees.

Submitted my test for a second time in Feb as they lost my first. Now September and keep receiving excuses. Refused my money back. No trust in this company.

It is totally unrecommended to buy here. I placed an order on 8jan and this company just cancelled my order on 11jan without any explanation. They thought refund can settle the whole situation.
Those who are planning or going to buy thru this company, please DONT.

Was really skeptical in the beginning tbh. Personally hadn't heard of them before and couldn't find many reviews online. However, it was recommended by Lyst and after doing some digging of my own found out that they do have a Facebook page and IG. The message I left on FB wasn't replied but they were quite responsive on IG. They've been around for quite a while now and have their own brick n mortar stores in I think two locations. They also partner with Farfetch and Anna Dello Russo.
The Teddy Jacket by Saint Laurent is a dream piece that I've been eyeing for years now and finally found a good enough deal to convince myself to buy in. Got to say I was very pleased with the shipment. Was really anxious after placing the order but they shipped pretty fast. And when I finally received the parcel, I just knew I would buy from them again in the future. You first encounter a massive carton carefully sealed with Dante-printed tape. After opening it, you find a huge black paper bag with Dante 5 on it printed in bold letters. Inside the paper bag are the slp hanger and the jacket beautifully wrapped in black tissue tied in ribbons. Well done Dante 5!
I strongly recommend any of you fashion lovers out there to check them out.

inefficient customer service, I received used clothes with perfume and dirty neck! unacceptable in a pandemic time!

The customer service agent that I have been dealing with for weeks now is extremely rude, condescending, and most of all unprofessional. The individual is unwilling to make things right and propose a viable resolution to the issue with my order. Despite providing proof of the issue, I am given only one option to return the item. In addition, the representative sent various DHL members to my house UNEXPECTEDLY and UNANNOUNCED which was absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. I am still waiting to speak with upper management regarding this ongoing issue. I will NEVER do business with Dante5 ever again as their customer service is complete garbage!
