Would give zero stars if I could.

Spent £48, waited 2 weeks and got an ‘inconclusive’ - the same as others I’ve known who used Dante.

No refund available after asking.

Avoid these crooks.

If I could give it a zero I would.
Sent off my swab after paying £48.
No result.
Asked for refund, no reply.

Very good kit. well organized , so no problems.

Ordered tests on 11th of Oct for 21st, dante labs told me that I would need them by 19th so changed the date, still no tests came. Emailed them, for them to tell me there's a delay in getting them out, no communication whatsoever 😡

I ordered tests 2&8 days and test-to-release 5th day. No results for long time. For which reason to spend money for5 day to short you izolation if they dont give result. Why I should izolate 10 days because they didnt give me result but took money. I Will complain to my bank

I have used Dante Labs Covid tests more than six times with absolutely no issue.
Always had on time the test kit. Usually I order the kit 4-5 days before arriving to UK, and have been at home in 1-2 days.
They send the code for the passenger locator form just after ordering.
And they inform you by SMS or email that the swap has arrived to their facilities. And some days later, they inform you about the results.
Always a positive experience. And the less expensive PCR tests I've found.
I recommend them.

Returned home on the 14th October. 2 day test required. We ordered the tests whilst away and they had arrived when we returned. However … registered and took the tests .. popped them in the post and it’s now 3 days later and still no results. Really don’t waste your money.

Never received the activation code, no reimbursement. The worst company to get tested and travel.

I ordered a 2 day compulsory test before going on holiday for when i returned and it arrived within a couple of days. You need to use their website and the code on the side of the tube to generate the reference for the passenger locator form, once i realised this it was no problem. They have no contact number but did reply within 24 hours to my message. Once i posted the test the result came back within 2 days. Can't complain for the price really.

I paid for my test whilst in Canada to be delivered to my home on my return. I followed the instructions for my day 2 test and registered it and posted it as directed. Unfortunately if the government had requested my result I did not recieve it until today 9 days after I posted it. I could have been positive all that time. I did a lateral flow test myself which was negative... A total farce!!

I have been back in the UK for a week. I received my LFT kit but no returns envelope. After 4 emails asking for advice I have yet to receive anything from Dante labs. I head back to my home in Spain tomorrow not knowing what to do with this sample? Very poor support.

We received our results on the 19th October - they were received by Dante on the 12th according to the Post Office tracking service. This is unacceptable - if the test had been positive (which luckily it wasn't) it would have been much too late to isolate!!) I would not recommend this company.

To AVOID!
I used this service twice.
First time I received Day 2&8 tests pack with SIX days delay. DanteLabs promised me to refund money, I sent tests kit back and never received money or response dispite dozen emails to them.
Second time I received test pack on time, but Lab sent me result in EIGHT days.
My strict advice to avoid Dante Labs, particularly if you need your result on time.

Do not use this company they are a total scam. Received the tests but no codes so totally useless . No contact telephone number, emailed several times but get no reply.

Since I wrote the review below I have been contacted by (Diana) from Dante who has been super helpful; it was my mistake in thinking I was purchasing the new Lateral Flow tests for Day 2 arrivals but I instead purchased a Fit to Fly lateral flow test. I should know on Friday this week if the increase in score is earned.

I purchased from Dante a the second time on Friday. Last time all went well bar delay in test results; this time I have not received the codes for the Passenger Locator Forms and although I have tried many ways (emails, social media) of contact I have so far been unsuccessful (the automated response sends me a code from my first purchase). Unless the codes are sent soon I will have to purchase from another or not be allowed back into the UK.

I ordered a 2nd day test kit from this company in august. Wish i hadn't!! The test kit arrived and i returned it on the 2nd day after doing the test. Its now mid october and still haven't had the results. Tried phoning the company....no answer! Emailed but got no reply. I spent a lot of money on the test and its outrageous that this company can get away with what they are doing. The only contact they have made with me is to receive 5% future discount if i purchase 2 kits!! Just scandalous!! I would NEVER use this company again or recommend anybody else to use it.
