Here it is two weeks after I took a Fit to Fly test and I have yet to receive my test results. Of course they would be useless now. But when I contacted the company to ask for a refund, I got a nonsensical response that had to do with the *previous* test I'd taken with them. They gave my husband his results on time for a test that was in the same post. I almost missed my flight to the States because of these chuckleheads.

Paid for two tests. My wife completed hers and I went to do mine. The 'token' was already used up - which it wasn't. Sent email on Monday evening and got new token from them on Thursday morning (albeit very early). We were in Italy by this time. Absolutely hopeless customer service. Will never ever use again. How can UK government approve this company?

Samples sent on 18th and 19th, lqb recieved it after 24h, got results on 27th, not after 24hr from samples being recieved by the lab...as they advertised, no refund no apologies, so if you looking for reliable and fast don't waste your money on DANTE LABS...

All went smoothly. Ordered online whilst in Gibraltar. Codes arrived by email for PLF. Did test on Day 2, posted at post office, received the results via both mobile and email the next day for 2 of us and early the following morning for the third. Even used a student beans discount to get PCR cheaper. Glad I hadn't seen here before as would have panicked.

Initially when I contacted Dante Labs to make an enquiry about purchasing tests they were very quick to respond but after purchasing and not receiving tokens codes or booking references for the passenger locator form on return journey into UK suddenly they are silent and I am getting no response to my messages. I have 4 x tests that are absolutely useless to me!! I would not recommend this company at all, they are happy to take my money but provided half the service!!

This company is zero stars. I bought 2x 2 day test but never received the second email containing the code to enter the passenger locator form. I had to purchase another test from another company otherwise I would miss my flight. I sent an email asking for a refund, so far it has not been answered, there is no way to contact the company by phone. Avoid it!!!

Please do not use this scam company! No number to contact, no test kit and no replies to emails. Shambolic!! Am about to contact the office of fair trading to take these scamers down.

Got the code, late but still in time for my flight - but didnt receive any results for over a week which defeats the purpose.

I complained on 22 October after waiting 13 hours to receive my PLF test booking codes, and resorting to purchasing from another lab - where code arrived in 10 minutes. I sent emails and messages for 12 hours whilst quietly panicking but no response. After returning to UK received reply on 26th apologizing for delay, but as test was valid from 24th it was per 'Government guidelines'! I am chasing for refund as consider their lack of communication failed customers. The CMA are investigating unfair practices in this market. I suggest anyone with a valid complaint reports it.

I have been trying to register my fit to fly package all morning but their website is down. They haven't responded to emails and there is no contact number Available for them

Terrible SCAM! Do not buy from this company. Paid for my test and never arrived. Contacted them via email several times after 3 non helpful responses they ignored me!

Do not use this company. I bought 2 x day 2 tests. We returned them after landing back in this country on day 2. My wife got her results 2 days later. After 14 days I still hadn’t received mine despite asking on many occasions. After I found another email address and asked again I got a response saying that I did get mine but they sent my results to my wife. However they originally said they were hers…… talk about a complete sham and breaking GDPR protocols.

I can’t express how disappointed I am. Bought a lateral flow test and they never sent me a valid reference nr. I had to buy a new one from another provider just before my check in. Very disappointed!

They don't answer the emails and can't find a phone number to call them, I've sent the 2nd day pct test with out registration, the information is very poor, didn't know exactly what to do, looked at my registration email and very little information, it says the information is in the kit, the leaflet in the kit says to check the registration email, I've checked the website listed on the leaflet and it takes you to purchase, not happy at all, most probably I'll have to take another one

Test arrived quickly however test was not required and unopened and unused and was advised I may be able to return for a refund but would take 30 days to find out 30 days came and went I emailed twice more to be ignored

We bought 2 fit to fly PCR tests from Dante as recommended by a friend. We then check the reviews after and was in a total panic!!! No need to be. We are flying tomorrow at 09:10am, needed a 72 hour result. We took the test on Saturday, posted in a priority box and waited. We received one text on the Monday at 4pm acknowledging receipt and one at 7:30pm acknwledging the 2nd (that was panic number 2). I received my negative result on Tuesday at 7:11am and my husband got his at 12:40pm (massive panic in the middle). No need to be. We emailed 3 times as so worried and each time got a reassuring email back. No idea why when posted together there's such a gap but hey it all goes in one heap. I honestly think if you do what it says on the box and follow the instructions this company will not let you down!!

We bought two day 2 tests & carried out the tests on 14th October. Received an email saying they'd received the tests into their lab the following day.
Despite seven emails to Dante since then we have not heard anything and have not received our results.
This must raise questions about both the legal aspect of paying for a service and not receiving that service, but more importantly why people are made to pay for these tests if the government then allow companies they recommend to simply not respond to the customer ..!
It feels like LEGALISED ROBBERY ..!!!!!

Tests arrived on time, done by simple phone app, result proof received after 15 minutes. Really simple and with good price.

This company deserves less than 1 star. Kit after kit brought because of faulty sets and no results given. They turned up late and after completing there has been no results. Feel let down by the government that they would even recommend them on the PCR test site. No way of contacting either

I submit my lab test for PCR fit to fly to post office on friday, with expecting to get my result within 24hrs, which i did not. i sent an email to comfirm wether test have been recieved on sunday which was confirmed to me on Sunday that the result will be ready within 24hrs. on Monday afternoon i resend another email and i was told the the lab is analyzing my test and it will takes hours.
My flight was on Monday 10pm, i was at the email waiting until the boarding close, then i received an old test 2 result which i did 2 weeks.
Now i missed my flight from London to my destination, as i bought my ticket from travel agent i have to pay extra charges to rebook another sit, in addition to that i have change my last connection flight to my final destination. i had a urgent meeting today but i loose everything plus inconveniences, i feel sad with the terrible situation i found myself from Dante Lab , i really regretted on that
