I ordered Dante Genome + All Panels × 1 D. November 22, 2023 and paid immediately, but have never received any results from them, neither my raw data nor reports. Dante's lab has taken my money, but has not delivered anything of what I bought. They do not respond to my emails and messages. Now they have also removed my order from my profile on their website. Shameless!

I demand immediate action to be taken regarding my pending test results.

It has been an unacceptable 14 months since the test was taken and I am now concerned for my physical well-being. The test is for a gene that needs to be tested to identify the symptoms I am experiencing. Your negligence and lack of communication have caused me immense stress and anxiety. Despite my repeated efforts to contact the customer service team for the past two weeks, they have failed to provide any response.

Your outrageous behavior is endangering my physical health, worsening my mental health, and violating my rights as a customer.

Envié el kit a mediados de enero de 2023 y la empresa acusó recibo al día siguiente. A día de hoy, sigo esperando a tener los resultados. He escrito varias veces a la empresa, pero solo cuando les amenacé con ponerles una queja formal me ofrecieron cinco paneles gratuitos para añadir a mi test como disculpa. De eso hace ya más de dos meses. Finalmente he puesto la queja por publicidad engañosa. No pueden anunciar un tiempo de espera de 8 semanas (cuando yo lo compré ponían 6) y después tenerte a la espera sin ningún tipo de información ni fecha estimada para la entrega de resultados. Mi kit se encuentra actualmente, según sus actualizaciones, en secuenciación, donde lleva ya 11 días. Temiendo que me dejen colgada otros seis meses, escribo esta crítica.

Added June 22, two days after I posted about my experience: The company replied to my review immediately, asking for personal information to reach out to me. I provided those details right away, but I haven't heard from them. Such delay, given the quickness with which they replied to my comment here, made me think that they only requested my personal info in a desperate attempt for my review to be taken down from this website (Trustpilot's policies state that if you don't submit such information "the business can flag your review to our Content Integrity Team for assessment").

Update 07/31/2023. Still no results. Not only that. After having stated that my sample had passed quality control months ago, today they emailed me saying that my sample could not complete the tests and I have to repeat it. I have asked for a refund a million times and they ignore my request. This is a total SCAM. A FRAUD.

Update 10/17/2023. Still no results. They are not even replying my emails anymore.

There are 12 weeks from the moment they received my samples and supposed to deliver results after 8 weeks. Nothing happened and a week ago I have requested the payment to be reimbursed. No answer.
Please stay away!

This is a fradulous company. I haven't yet received my genome results although i payed and sent my sample for all pannels in January and it's May at the moment of this review. Do not buy into their trap. They've deactivated reviews on social media so that no one would report them. I've already reported them to the European Consumer Protection authorities.

Dante Labs is a terrible company to do business with. I don't know what's worse; their customer service or quality of their services. Their genetic reports are difficult to understand. They refused to give me all services I purchased. Their customer service is slow to respond and rude.

Terrible. They won't answer any customer enquiries. Very quick to take your money but silence if you need a refund.
I started a dispute with my bank.
Dante don't respond on emails, Twitter or Linkedin.

This is an outrageous service. First, day 2 test and test 8 results arrived 5 days after I sent them so I could even use them to fly again. But the real issue is that I have to pay a phone bill of more than 115 £ because I called them to check my results. I spent around 1 hour and 15 minutes on the answering machine without even music or anything then surprise, my provider sent a message I have an additionnal 115 £ to pay because Dante Labs' number is a rate number but absolutely no disclaimer ! I am obviously asking for a refund ! I have to book new tests soon and of course I won't do it through Dante labs unless they do someting about it. Be very cautious with them !
