Rubbish product & returns difficult

Rubbish quality product & then when I asked to return the product I find out they’re based in china, checked the post office and it’s £14 or £19 to send it there & isn’t guaranteed to even be received!! I had no idea they were based in china given the company name is English/American sounding. The Chinese address they gave me was ridiculously long and I doubted its veracity to be honest

A tacky scam

I would have rated Dante Savoy with 0 stars but this wasn't possible.

They pose as an English company selling quality clothes (Kashmere and fine wool) but are in fact a Chinese company based in Hong Kong knocking out very cheap synthetic tat.

They do not respond to any messages or enquiries and see tome to be a scam

Luckily I paid using a Visa card so have protection against the loss.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Nothing like advert

Item bore no resemblance to photo in the advert. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought it
Just looks cheap and tacky
They had the audacity to offer me a £6.99 refund when the item cost £34.95. Needless to say I declined. I want ALL my money back
The support email address was fake and bounced back.
I would suggest not to go near this company

The shirt I received bears little resemblance to the picture shown on the Facebook ad. It is ghastly shiny synthetic material in gaudy colours and not the patchwork that was illustrated . This is clearly not a UK company from the time it took to arrive and . This is the last time I buy anything from a Facebook ad. -they should check the validity of their advertisers.

Cheap rubbish

The advert gives the impression that this is a UK quality clothes provider. They are neither. The shirt I ordered has just arrived, I was expecting quality material but it's shiny plasticy material. Absolutely awful. I have now read the reviews and it's clear I wont get my money back so the shirt is going in the bin. I feel an idiot.

I recently placed an order with…

I recently placed an order with Dantesavoy under the impression they were a UK-based company. However, it quickly became clear they are not located in the UK at all, despite how they present themselves online. Communication was poor, and the service did not meet expectations. Thankfully, I was able to cancel the transaction through my credit card provider. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and do thorough research before ordering from this company.

Utter rubbish

Utter rubbish. Closing down sale - nonsense. Shirt I ordered took forever to arrive and when it did was cheap Chinese rubbish. No return address given. a complete scam.
I think it likely that the shirt shown on the advert was Italian and did cost £120. What DanteSavoy have done has to invent an Italian Company sounding name and then send the Italian shirt to China to have it copied and the result is dreadful. They do have a UK registered address which is 35 Morris Court, Waltham Abbey, Essex, United Kingdom, EN9 3DX. I have returned my shirt to this address and await my refund. Collecting all emails etc for Trading Standards and BBC

Amazingly bad

Amazingly bad. Poor quality goods, wrong item delivered, poor customer service which refuses to do anything except offer a laughable discount to keep the item I don't want. Basically a Chinese scam and they will probably disappear without trace or accountability before too long.

Chinese swap dressed as local UK store

Just like the other reviewers I am so annoyed at myself for having fallen for a fake Facebook ad. The red flags were there - no details about the fabric, all images showing the style variations are the same shirt (with the same folds and creases) which has been “repainted” with different designs.

The shirt arrived yesterday in a little “practical bag” (part of the advertising but just a small ziplock plastic bag) and although the colour is vibrant the size is way too small and the fabric turns out to be a horrendous cheap polyester 100% artificial.

The most successful part of this miserable experience was the shipping. That went ahead very smoothly.

This is a scam

This is a scam - Some Chinese gangster hiding behind internet web addresses that are not what they seem - I am embarrassed to say I fell for it. The bottom line is if something is too good to be true it probably is. I’m not sure why they even bothered to deliver the shirt - it is so far from the shirt in the pictures that it seems they would have been better off just not sending anything
Perhaps this is how they escape legal proceedings? They can say it’s not their fault - What is Chinese for dirty scamming bastards

Shocking rubbish and no customer support…

Bought a shirt which did not look at all like the photo. Tried to return it (their site says this is "hassle free". This isn't true . I bought it from a co.uk site but the response was in German. Once I had a translation I found it had to be returned to China. This is a scam - I lost money and got a piece of dub standard tat. By the way there was no information labels with safety information (fire risk?), no washing information, and no details as to what it was made of.

This is a SCAM

There is no shop in London. There is no shop in Berlin (look at the .de reviews - returns are pointless, you won't get any refund). The websites for the fake shops were set up in the last two months (from whois.com).
This is a Chinese seller using a Shopify account fronted by the deceptive websites. They use the "plausible deniability" of sending "something". They are registered in Leipzig, Germany. I got scripted replies to emails I sent to the UK email addresses in German.
Items of various very small sizes have the L or XL label attached as per your order (I got shirts so small I can't even get them on that have "XL" tags sewn in). That's why delivery takes three weeks. Items have no labels at all to indicate materials or care instructions.
The items are made out of printed plastics. The items are worthless rubbish. I was going to give them to a charity shop but they're so bad they've gone into the bin.
Reading the .de German reviews, where the scam started 6 weeks before the UK facebook ads appeared, it's clear to me that there's no point attempting returns and there are no refunds. But give it a go if you want...
I feel so stupid for having been conned by this scam. I will never EVER respond to any advert on Facebook ever again - it was a line like "sadly we're closing down our shop, all the stock must go" and the website was convincing enough, I had no idea it was just a Chinese Shopify seller.
I reported them to Shopify but they'll get away with it I expect because they send "something".

Not Leather

Zero stars
Absolutely fake. Leather jacket which looked amazing on the website but had 0% leather when it arrived bearing no resemblance to the one pictured.
Wouldn’t even pass as costume clothing.
I’ve sent an email back to them but I’m not holding my breath.
AVOID!

Their German web front end comments on Trustpilot confirm that they do not make Returns or Refunds too.
Avoid, do not use. Absolute rubbish! My first and last purchase via FB!
