Don’t order from them
I understand this company is ‘closing down’ but I have purchased 3 orders from them over the past 6 months. The product is great and I’ll be sad to see it go. However, one of these orders was stolen from my block and Dapper Dog are refusing to acknowledge my emails regarding this issue. I have been advised by Evri that this needs to go via Dapper Dog but they are ignoring me.
It’s disheartening and even if you are no longer taking returns, this is a situation you have to take control of, as seen as you are still trading.
I would avoid ordering anything from them as they are functioning fine when it comes to taking your money but seemed to have seized trading when it comes to any other responsibilities.
