I have purchased a pair of shoes from Dapperfam, they sent the wrong size, I had too pay 30 plus dollars too send them back over a month ago and have not received a refund, so now they have there shoes back and my 295.00 plus tax money, and you cant reach them.

On July 10th. 2024, I placed an order online at DapperFam valued at $118.76 - I wanted one [1] Homburg Hat + one [1] Hat Box for that hat + two [2] additional Hat Boxes for my existing Homburg Hats presently without a Hat Box. Seconds after the payment went through, I received an invoice showing that my order includes only one [1] Hat Box. Instantly and without delay, I contacted DapperFam Customer Service to tell them of the error. Within minutes, I received an e-mail stating that the hat and box have already been shipped out to me. Is it possible that minutes after placing my order it is already in the hands of the carrier? I did not perceive a truthful statement. I did perceive that personnel at DapperFam has malicious intent. I sent several e-mails but none were responded by DapperFam personnel. Do you want this people? You are next.
