The worst company ever!!!
They fake the tracking number, and after the process is complete, they ghost you !
Fake phone number and fake email!
I tried them all, and no answer no luck 😫😔

Ordered the fragrance advent calendar on the 12th of November, despite getting updates in the SHOP app and it now saying ‘delivered’ I still have yet to receive it!

They generate fake tracking numbers, which is possible to follow on some tracking pages, but after 3 weeks the tracking number is not valid!!!
They never send the parcel, they are scammers!
Save your money, or if you like me have ordered, ask for refund!
You are not getting the advent calendar.

Who ever ordered from this contact your bank for refund!! I did it and I’m in process of getting my money back. Do not buy anything from suspicious websites lets that be a lesson learn for all of us who fell for this scam before buying anything check if they are legit online.

Ordered a perfume advent calendar beginning of November, it's now 10th Dec. Thstd the second time I have been scammed. Bloody bastards! Robbing people at Christmas time!😡😡😡

This is a fraud. Ordered advent calendar with perfumes on 10th of November. Today tracking says it has been delivered but it hasn’t.
How is it possible to sue the company?

I ordered the miniature scents advent calendar £45 checked the tracking which went on for nearly 5wks, then they said package delivered 26 November. No package was delivered, I sent them several emails and at the moment not 1 reply. So pssed off about this, and I only gave 1 star because you have to to write a review

I ordered two advent calendars on 04.11.25. Shipping update email was sent to say it was at customs. Then 2 days later Tracking says it was delivered. It was not delivered. I have requested a refund. Extremely disappointed. I will pursue this company through Trading Standards.

This a scam did not receive a package and the email doesn’t work. Do not order here

Avoid this company like the plague they’re possibly fraudulent,
I ordered a perfume advent calendar as a gift on
2nd November 2025 and they said it will arrive within 8 working days, its now over a month later and I still haven’t received it despite it stating on the shop app as being delivered on the 2nd December 2025, they gave me updates via tracking but since the 2nd of December they stopped responding to emails.
I’m very disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again.

Absolutely awful, it’s a scam don’t order

Ordered perfume advent calendar on 7th November had email confirmation of order and when it was dispatched, confirmation this morning it had been delivered.... NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE!! tried to log on to the company as i have previously, no luck. AVOID AVOID SCAM THROUGH TIK TOK SHOP.

I purchased 2 perfume advent calander on 4th November. About 2 weeks later emailed the seller who responded reassuring me the parcels are on there way then today 3/12/25 I recieved a notification my parcel has been delivered i was so relieved to then get home to no parcels.I am truly upset as my daughters now have no advent calendar to open and im out of pocket by over £70.

I sent for this for advent call dear keep tracking it the information said it was delivered to my address I have not received it so I would like my money bank. So dissapoited with this company.

I ordered an advent calendar months ago, and when I contact their email, nobody answered to me, so is absolutely scam, I asked the refund

Don’t buy anything from this website they take your money and send delivery updates and nothing arrives!! Complete scam!! Getting legal assistance about this organisation

Scam company advertising on tik tok I bought a perfume advent calendar on the 14 th November still hasn’t arrived. I strongly advise everyone not to give your money of personal details to this scam company
