Denied Jackpot Redemption

For the first time ever with any platform, I won a jackpot of $2715. I bought in for $100. I played off and on throughout the day. Win-lose-win-lose that is normal for gambling. Once I got back up, my floor was $3000. I submitted for redemption on my verified account. I received a prompt email stating such. I received an email this morning that my redemption was denied with no reasons as to why. Under my redemption tab, it states the requirements are 5x playthrough. I totally met that requirement. I submitted a ticket to customer service. I do not understand. I only have one account, I am verified, I am of legal age and legal state. I bought a coin package, I played. Once in my life, I actually won a substantial amount, I was denied with no explanation! I only played at Dara because of their TrustPilot rating. If I actually hear from customer support and receive my winnings, I will update this review.

They cheated me from giving me a redemption. It was only 120.00 too. I never received it because they withheld it from me . CHEATERS. Don't spend your money at Dara they will find ways to cheat you out of your winnings.
