This is a great website. I shop from Daraj Online Shop

first they deliver wrong product... then with the return you select pick up from your place, the rider calls you and you tell him you will be there in half an hr. In one hour your order changes into drop off. You call customer service they treat you like an uneducated piece of poop and tell you that you asked for drop off and you ran out of time. imagine this happening to your parents and uncles and aunts who are not tech savvy... they bank on people with their loopholes and cheat humble people schemes. we need to take them to court. make a group and gather evidence and sue them. teach them a lesson. alone we will be in trouble but a group of 100 or close they will get done properly. send me your evidence and complaints at zeenzeryron for my gmail ;) account. I have a few lawyers we will see what we can do for you.

Daraz is exactly what turns away buyers from ecommerce stores. Their incompetence is legendary! It is amazing how such a large ecommerce platform can afford to scam its buyers like they do. Most of the time the product will be delivered late, or the completely wrong product will be delivered. And then the pain of the returns begins. Good luck getting your product returned properly!

Service is good but sellers of daraz and their products are soo low quality.

After sales service is extreemly poor. I purchased a FAN from daraz. It got out of order within warrenty period. Send back for servicing. It is about 54 days I didnt get my product serviced back. The seller says he serviced the product by 7 days after getting. But when I ask to daraz customer agent. They say we are extreemly sorry etc, they will knock me soon. I asked them when I will get it back. They say sorry sir there is no commitment for this service....what a joke!

Daraz is where you will learn to hate online shopping. Can't think of a popular platform where there are so many overpriced bad products, scammers, incompetent sellers and bad(or no) monitoring.

Most sellers don't even bother putting an actual photo of the products. Rather they upload some randomly downloaded photos found online which does not even remotely match with what they are selling. When asked why the product doesn't match the description or the images, sellers are silent. How is this not scamming? I would blame the incompetency of Daraz team for this. Their lack of monitoring is hurting the people who are spending money but not getting what they expect to get.

Sending Wrong color is extremely common. Seriously how do they fail to maintain such basics!!! This is either intentional or incompetency at the highest level. But it doesn't seem like Daraz is doing anything to improve the situation.

I bought a lg v20 battery. After 7 days battery swallowing and i asked daraz why you are giving chances to those scammer to sell fake products???

Suddenly I visited in Bangladesh I ordered some products from this website and they are unbillable awesome delivery response day give my product properly in two days so I recommended this website to you Bangladeshi people

I ordered through Daraz BD. Two weeks later got the message that my product wont be delivered and I will get the refund in 10 business days. However I didnot get the refund even after 27 days. Contacted with their customer service for several times and didnot get any help. Till now I haven't received the refund
