I feel ripped off by this so called professional gate company. Didn’t do what they quoted for. Spent a handful of hours here and charged £342 for the pleasure. Totally taken advantage of a vulnerable disabled person. Told me what was wrong with the gate and provided a quote only to tell me I told them not to fix some of the issues on the quote but still charged the same regardless. I will add the actual quote text on here and his responses for all to see and make your own minds up. His responses are nonsensical and to put the cherry on the cake the gate now no longer works at all since they have faffed with it. It has lasted only a handful of weeks. £342 down and will now have to get another company to fix the issues which are now worse. . Also told that this wasn’t even his original job yet was very happy to charge £342 to supposedly carry out remedial works which he somehow has turned it round as though he did me a favour. . Yh right. Do me a favour I cannot even be bothered pursuing this outfit so will ensure instead that other people know what he is like. Also threatened me with court action should I leave any negative reviews. My wife had left a review which I said I would ask her to remove which she did only to then not hear another thing from him. Do yourselves a favour and steer clear is my advice.
