I placed an order on Oct 17, 2024. Never received the Reindeer….. $56 later…….. this is a scam. Have reported this to my Banking Agency. SCAM….BUYER BEWARE.

Another IG scam, like others never received the “Aldi Reindeers”. Fake tracking number, disputing the charges.

Huge scam! Shows a tracking number delivered by items but I never received anything. They refuse to refund me my $56 for the product I did not receive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM BUYER BEWARE
Ordered the reindeer a few weeks back but never arrived. Tried emailing them and sent tracking information that said it had been delivered on 25/11/24 but it hadn’t. Told not their fault if it’s been stolen!!!! I have a ring doorbell plus security cameras which proves that nothing was delivered. Offered 30% refund then 40% which I’ve refused. My credit card company will be looking into the matter once the 30 days is up and I’m told they will look into the matter. Why are these companies allowed to get away with scams like this? Hopefully this will help others before they too get scammed

I too ordered the set of three reindeers and thought they were through Aldi. Told they were delivered to my PO Box and must have been stolen. Offered me a 30% refund which I declined and today they offered 40%! BEWARE ! Absolute scam !

Thought I was ordering reindeer figures from Aldi. Tried to find on Aldi. No success. Checked the charge on my credit card and saw it was dardlaugh. Then checked back to email...tracking led me to an undecipherable Chinese website. Sent an email to dardlaugh. They told me to wait a few days. Sent another email. They said it wasn't their fault if the reindeer were stolen. Offered me 30% as a "goodwill" gesture. Just like other reviews here. What a scam. Someone should charge them.

Same with the Aldi Reindeer SCAM X2 sets. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING! 😭

Same as everyone else. Ordered, waited more than a month, they claim it was delivered but I never received. They are offering a 30% ‘refund’ back to my card but I will contest this with my cc company to get the full amount back. My question is why does this company show an overall 2,5 star rating when every rating is 1?

I ordered the cute reindeer on 11/2 from instagram. Literally, 2 days later I see that Aldi doesn't sell on line and it's a scam. I contact my CC and they refunded me immediately. However, I did get a tracking number and was able to track the elaborate travels of my fake package from China to California to Ohio to Florida and finally my house in New York. At 11:38 in the morning on 11/25, it said it was delivered at or near mailbox at 2:55 pm that same day. So, they knew 3.5 hours ahead of time when it would be delivered?? And many times the storefront changed from Aldi to a Pet Shop. Stay away, they are a scam.

I too fell for the reindeer because they are making their website look just like ALDIs. I am at the stage where their tracking says left in or at the mailbox. They did reply to my email but said they need a few days to investigate. Not holding out much hope. I did send the website info to Aldi to let them know someone is impersonating them.

Well well well….. my story is the very same as the other review!,,,I ordered from this company based on an ad on Facebook. Total scam. They were selling metal reindeer that were very cute and had good reviews. After waiting g a month they said my package was delivered at or near my mailbox. After many emails and no resolution, I gave up. Be aware of these assholes!

Horrible how people suck! I don’t know how they sleep at night ! I know I couldn’t and it seems like more and more people have no problem screwing people over. I’m just calling credit card company.

I live in rural Mo so my mailbox is on a pole in the road ditch so my packages from USPS are always put on my front porch. They refuse to provide a tracking number and will only say according to their “logistics” dept it was indeed delivered and it could have been stolen which isn’t their problem. Without a tracking number there is nothing USPS can do to help me. Since they obviously do not have a tracking number I have no choice than to believe this company is a scam. I should have known better than to order from any company on Facebook. I did contest the charges through my credit card and am waiting to hear from them. Beware! I would give this company a negative number if I could.
