I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I was charged for a recurring subscription I was never informed about, and I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of being billed. Despite this, I received no reply, no confirmation, and still no product.
On top of that, there has been zero communication, even though I’ve emailed multiple times. My previous order also took over a month to arrive with no explanation, despite the company advertising 24-hour shipping.
It’s such a shame because the protein powder itself was lovely, but the customer service and lack of transparency make the experience extremely frustrating. Until communication, honesty, and reliability improve, I can’t recommend this company.
Dare doesn't deliver.....

Ordered 4 packs, sent numerous emails to chase where they were (used to come next day), no replies received. Had to do a charge back thru PayPal to get my money back. They should take their website down if they aren't trading anymore rather than continue taking payments.
Shame about the delays
Have been ordering the jaffa and orange shakes since 2023 and have relied on it for breakfasts ever since. Ordered as normal til Sep 2025 then didn't hear nothing for 2 weeks until I finally received it in the post. Just wanted to highlight this among all the bad reviews as I would like them to stay in business with no other similar shake out there for me. They do need to update people though.
Avoid
Order hasn’t been delivered and no response from the company via email or social media. Luckily I paid with PayPal so have managed to get my money back. Such a shame as they used to be great!

This is the best shake I’ve ever had and although the current ordering system is taking some time, it’s well worth the wait. I’ve subscribed for a monthly delivery so hopefully going forward I’ll get it when I need it but just wanted to give a positive review as perhaps this is a small business trying their best and the product is brilliant!

I’ve been a regular customer for a very long time. My last order (£130) from a month ago is still showing as processing. I’ve emailed three times to chase the order and not one reply !
Very disappointing , so don’t know if it’s late, or worse, not coming at all. It is such a great product, but customer care has been a huge let down. A message on the website would be something ! Looks like the website is still able to take orders, which is of concern.

Don’t buy - taking money but no delivery
Similar to the customers below. I’ve been a regular customer for well over a year but my last order has not arrived. I’ve tried contacting them three times with no reply. They are taking orders but not fulfilling them. So disappointing.

I have been ordering this product with no previous issues, however i have ordered two on the 27th June and 5th July and they did not arrive. I have contacted their customer service and been ghosted. it seems like this company may be in trouble as Amazon and Ebay have stopped selling it. Its such a shame as its a Great Product but their customer relations is terrible.their website is still active and still taking orders....naughty||

So I placed my last order around March'25. Didn't hear anything for up to 2 months, I thought they weren't trading anymore. Then out of the blue a DPD delivery shows up. I had tried to order via Amazon but they had been out of stock for a while.
Amazon now have stock as of July'25, and looks like they are supplying again. Communication is very poor. Not sure what is going on behind the scenes.
I don't agree with the other comments that they are scammers. They were very good. Something must have happened to the owners. If they have lost access to their domain, then they won't be able to update anything.
I find the quality of the product very good. I use it an an occasional meal replacement, I have acute acid reflux, so sometimes I prefer to take this than eat a normal prepared meal. Good with weight management. Highly recommended.
'Dare' - were good, now terrible - AVOID
Have ordered shakes (which are lovely) from Dare for at least the last 18 months with no issues whatsoever, and always good customer service.
However, the last few months my orders were delayed by 1 - 2 weeks, sometimes with no communication from the company, though other times they did message to apologize my order was late.
My last order, however, never arrived. Despite me sending multiple messages asking about it, I didn't get a single reply.
I then went on their FB page and saw that so many people had the same issue - no order received, no replies to their messages, no refunds, yet the company was still taking orders!
In the end I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. It took about 2 weeks, but I finally got it back.
So disappointed in this company! Their shakes tasted delicious - the nicest I've ever had - but when you can no longer have/get the shakes because the company takes your money but doesn't fulfill your order and ghosts you... that's a BIG failure on their part.

Do not use
This is a real shame but something has gone very wrong with this company. I was ordering regularly without issue but the last time, I have had the same experience as others. No response to emails, they seem to have dropped off social media but their website is still up and running and they are still taking money off people. It was a very good product but very let down by the lack of response and the fact they are still taking people’s money. Hugely disappointing and now have to start a process of getting money back. I just wish they had been honest with people and let them know that they couldn’t fulfil the orders.
Worste customer service ever.
Product is great but they like to take your money and not send the goods. There is literally no way of contacting them, no customer service representation of any kind so if you have a problem there is absolutely no come back. Gutted as I liked the product.

Placed an order 94434 on the 16th of April. Received an email from Melissa Ann Ridley saying both flavours I had ordered were out of stock. Asked when they would be in stock. No response. Sent another email a month later and finally received a response saying that the Peanut Butter was still out of stock. They shipped my frosting and marked the order as completed. I sent an email back saying the order was not complete and that I would take another Frosting one in place of the PB one. No response. A month and a half and I have only received one bag out of the two I ordered. Great flavours but horrible customer service.

No chance to leave a ZERO star review. Ordered on 18 May 2025, it’s now 27 May 2025 and I’ve had nothing but a confirmation to say they’ve received my order…no response to my message. DO NOT TOUCH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! Diabolical customer service.
Scammers
Absolute scam. One of the items I ordered was out of stock but rather than tell me, they just shipped my order without it. Only after I got in contact with them did they promise to send it by the end of April. It's now nearing the end of May and I have had to dispute the charge as the only way to get a resolution.
