Unprofessional company.i gave all the deposit and drawings signed and for a reason the designer left the company and today they gave me a call that it was supposed to be when they are going to install the kitchen, living and 2 bedrooms that it was very disappointed.they sad that they lost everything and i need to wait another 10 weeks.
I booked a cleaning service with Dari for a Saturday at 6 PM. The cleaner never showed up, and no one contacted me beforehand. When I checked the app, I found the service had been cancelled without any prior notice.
I contacted customer service via chat, and was told the cancellation was due to a driver accident and that I would receive a full refund within 5 days. One week later, no refund. I followed up, only to be told a completely different story: they now claimed the driver canceled because I was unreachable.
They even provided a screenshot of a call to a number that isn’t mine, then blamed me for entering the wrong number — despite the fact that I’ve used the app before with no issue. One representative even admitted the driver called the wrong number but still refused a refund, saying the only solution was to reschedule. I refused, as I no longer trust or want to deal with a company that blatantly lies and shifts blame.
Worse, I was told management would contact me within 24 hours — they never did. The support team was rude, unhelpful, and dishonest throughout.
Bottom line: Dari cancels bookings without informing customers, lies about the reasons, refuses to take accountability, and will go to great lengths to avoid refunding you, even fabricating stories. I have screenshots and chat transcripts proving all of this. Completely unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor — use another platform. I strongly discourage anyone from trusting this company
