I read a lot of complaints about delivery issues. I buy this coffee directly from the producer or in a café nearby, so I have no complaints on this matter! I also found it in Japan! wow I was shocked.

The coffee is incredible—I just read someone saying it smells like baby sick… ehhh? What are you talking about? - The graphics design and packaging are just beyond any coffee I have ever seen on the market.
Must be said: I only buy Brazilian, Puerto Rican, Nicaraguan kind of coffee—I like it nutty and chocolaty. It gives me a great reason to go to bed in the evening, since I look forward to waking up in the morning! DELICIOUS and very recommended.

This coffee is next level, the flavours are incredible, I've experimented with lots of different brands and this one really stands out. Highly recommend

The coffee is reasonable but this company has now taken £168 from me over the course of a few months as their online service does not register changes in address. I reached out several times via their 'contact form' but of course have had no reply, and there is no alternate way to contact them.

Coffee’s good, very good. Customer service is absolute shite. Paid for 48 hour delivery. Ordered after midday on Monday, didn’t arrive til Friday.

Asked them why, they blamed me for ordering after midday on Monday and then the fact that it wasn’t collected by Royal Mail til Tuesday evening. Nonsense.

Didn’t offer a goodwill gesture considering it was my first experience with them.

Shame, wanted them to be my main coffee.

Once you realise that the unusual smell and flavour in their coffee is reminiscent of baby sick, it's undrinkable. I gave them a fair go and have tried quite a few of them, they all seem to have this common denominator. I have dialled all these coffees in perfectly whatever brewing methods I am using and they are just not that nice.

I am an avid coffee fan with decades of experience with a hand pull lever La Pavoni for espresso, a refined V60 technique for pour overs and use a high end grinder. This is not user error. Just my opinion on this companies coffee roasting style.

Been ordering about a year now and never been unhappy with the coffee we’ve received, always full of flavour…. Free quirky stickers a bonus and delivery very quick…. oh and very amusing Instagram content too ☺️

Always fast postage and great coffee. Ordered from them most months and it's always 10/10
