Item was shipped from China even though site says “All items shipped from UK”. Bubble strip would not stay in place and when I contacted to the company to see how to fix it, their solution was to use super glue or double sided tape to fix a $500 product. Item has been returned for a month now and still no refund and they refuse to respond to any and all attempts to contact.

Purchased a lightsaber this week and was offered a free upgrade. It arrived in perfect condition and is amazing to use.

Excellent support. Bought their May 4th neopixel mystery box, then parcel was delayed by courier by a day and Grace called them up and had it sorted.

Bought at the comic con in London this spring: two Duellers for myself and my girlfriend, the build quality on these things are truly good! The blade simply refuses to break during combat. Will recommend👍🏾

Bought their Tier one mystery box for the second time and got a neopixel Phantom. Decent quality stuff , birthday later this year so will get another.

I ordered a replica Xenopixel Darksaber Elite from this store but was sent the wrong version (ordered matte black colour but received brushed silver colour - not Elite version). Unfortunately, this turned out to be only the beginning of my problems.

When I contacted the store, they confirmed that the incorrect item had been sent and told me the item I ordered was not actually in stock despite it being listed on their website as "in stock". They offered to replace the item within a time period of two to four weeks which was not acceptable to me so I advised that I wanted to return the item for a refund.

Since I was sent the wrong item, I thought it would be reasonable that the store pay for postage to return the incorrect item.

According to this store's refund policy:
"If your return is accepted we will ask you to create a return shipping label or we may send you one depending on the case".

However the store repeatedly refused to cover the postage costs for the return and so given the unusual size and shape of the package I had to spend £15.25 to return it.

During the email discussions about covering my return expenses I received this in an email which was bizarre but provides an insight into this store's business practices and why they were trying not to accept my refund:

"Dear Kal

Good morning?

Kindly please understand that we are losing money for your order. We've already paid nearly £30 for the costs for platform selling and shipping which are not refundable from the platform nor courier company"

So to summarise, I would NEVER recommend purchasing from this store. They knowingly sent me the wrong item, and then refused to cover postage costs to return this wrong item. I have now lost £15.25 through no fault of my own and have had a terrible customer experience.

The good news is that I have since ordered a Proffie Darksaber from Padawan Outpost which only cost £5 more than I originally paid for this. It also came in beautiful padded packaging with extras including a free saber stand and spare allen key set and screws.

I have now placed 3 orders here and had custom requests completed after a few chats online. The quality is great and the service I have had when contacting them is without equal. Always ready to help and answer all of my dumb questions. If you want a saber take a look if their custom sabers aren't exactly what you're looking for have a chat they may be able to mix and match parts like they have for me. Order 1 and you will be back for more

Awesome!! Just received the new Kenobi version of Darth Vader’s saber. Absolutely beautiful. Quality is very high, the electronics are flawless and it came with extras (sexy blade plug, display stand and combination lock hard case). Arrived super fast with excellent Fedex tracking and updates. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! Highly recommended! DJ below can't spell (aloud?) and doesn't know what they're talking about!

I ordered the Xenopixel mystery box for a good discount. It came really quickly, and I was instantly happy with having picked xenopixel.

However, I didn't lie the colour of the hilt, which worried me (it was bright blue). However, on the off chance that they could help out, I contacted customer support, and asked if I could switch hilts. They let me pick any hilt I wanted, take the difference in cost, and swap it out. In the span of basically 1 week, I bought and received the mystery box, sent the hilt back, and got the other one.

It is incredible. The build quality is outstanding, the design if fantastic, and I can highly recommend them, if only for the outstanding customer support.

Purchased a tier 2 mystery box through DarkCyber Sabers and was extremely happy with what I got. I was lucky to get a xenopixel ghost hilt and neo blade. There was an issue with the delivery of the blade, but this was not any fault of Dark cyber sabers and they helped to assist me in contacting the shipper and locating the order. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking at great duelling sabers

I was a bit sceptical about getting the mystery boxes but got them anyway they come today and my son will be ecstatic come all in good packaging and a day before scheduled delivery so spot on from me thank you

Bought a sonic screwdriver, came quick, quality is amazing. Would definitely consider buying again. However, could possibly say the product was SLIGHTLY over priced, but worth it either way

Wow! Customer service at its best...
I brought a Light and Dark Duo Pack for my sons birthday. It says in the add you can request colour choices but they may not be able to fulfil requests. Because it was for my sons birthday they offered me an upgrade which I would of been happy to pay for but they did it for free.
I then had issues with thw tracking number so I emailed them and within an hour i had a reply and was tracking my package.
They came carefully packed to prevent any transit issues and my sons face on his birthday morning was a picture. You have made one 11 year old star wars fan very very happy

Bought another saber and a case from these guys and the consistency of quality and fast shipping is truly satisfying!
