I got my earrings and they looked incredible, I loved them. Turns out that after 4 months the hinge got so weak on one of my earrings that it opened while i was on a walk and fell out of my ear never to be seen again… Quite unfortunate considering the price I paid for them.
Beautiful jewellry, very well made and the service was just perfect! Highly recommended
I had to cancel my order due to the delivery time being much longer than expected due to the company moving their place of business. And got great responses and all the help I could possibly get while processing the refund through PayPal. Only a small window where they didn't respond due to them moving places but other than that day everything was spot on and responses were fast 5/5 customer service. Will be ordering again in the future!
