Excellent service always fast delivery and anytime i have made a mistake they have always worked with me to get the best result, cant reccomend enough!

I thought there was no way the 1-3 day delivery would be accurate, but I ordered a Shatterpoint Core set on a Monday and had it in my hands on Thursday. Not only was dispatch and delivery as quick as promised, but excellent communication at every stage, well packaged, used a good courier... and all this for a price ~40% lower than anywhere else.

I highly recommend Dark Star Games. I have found the service to be excellent, when I have needed to contact them (which has only been once due to release dates being pushed back so no fault of Dark Star Games) they have been quick to reply and advise on the situation and then kept in touch with no prompting from me to keep me aware of what is happening.

On top of everything they have very competitive prices and speedy delivery.

I have ordered from them numerous times and will continue to do so.

I buy all my Shatterpoint pre-order stuff from John at Dark Star. Customer service is amazing and he goes out of his way to get up to date release date information and share it with me. He really doesn't have to do this, but it's greatly appreciated.

Price is always really good and orders get shipped as soon as he has them.

Bought the shatterpoint core set from dark star games, was dispatched within an hour and at my door in less than 24 hours, packaging was spotless and couldnt be happier, will be using them again for sure!

Negative review die to courier used ... pay for one day delivery bit due to working, the company not delivering weekends and that they wont leave the package without a signature now means i have to go collect the package on tuesday, 4 days after i should of got it.
