Avoid DARLOWS AT ALL COST

Absolutely appalling experience with Darlows. Every interaction is a struggle. They consistently pass me from person to person, with no one seeming to know what's going on or who's in charge. The lack of professionalism is staggering. It's been TWO YEARS and my case is still unresolved. Communication is non-existent - no updates, no follow-through. My solicitors won't even deal with them directly. If you value your sanity, stay away from Darlows. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional service.

Spent £2000 on solicitors and surveys, If you're a manager at Darlows HQ, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I demand answers and resolution. Darlows, you've had your chance to fix this - now it's time to take responsibility.

Holly was my first point of contact at Darlows and she was friendly and helpful. She actioned things quickly and updated me throughout the process of renting a room out in my house.

Glad I didn't they never answer the phones don't pass on buyers when they have requested to view I lost thousands waiting for these criminals to do their job I was paying them for avoid at all cost they are the worst agents and all sit under the spicer heart umbrella mistakes on the property details blaming head office for buyers not being booked in they need striking off from trading standards and the TPO

Kelly Williams is an asset to Darlows after years not getting maintence done Kelly was assigned to me. She has organized a list of jobs and has executing the list. She is professional organized friendly and gets things done. Highly recommend her.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jada, who showed us around and quickly built a great rapport with us. After making an offer and negotiating slightly, our offer was accepted. Jada was fantastic, and I cannot praise her enough. However, the next part is where they truly excelled.

I needed to exchange and complete as quickly as possible to save on an additional month's rent. Unfortunately, the vendor's solicitors didn't share my sense of urgency. That's when Elinor stepped in. She was exceptional in handling the vendor's side of things and kept me informed every step of the way. We managed to exchange, and completion was achieved one day ahead of my target.

I have no plans to sell, but when that day comes, there is only one agent for me: Darlows*Brynmawr.

I received a call from Kelly Williams today with respect to my complaints regarding the overflow of water in my toilet and kitchen pipes. Her approach and response to our talks were extremely professional and encouraging. Though I informed her eventually that tyre water isdue has been resolved by Welsh water company as thr issue agfted not just my house but other neibouring houses within and around my house location. As a landlord I have used Darlows for a number of years and found that Joanne Davies who handled my properties was excellent and very efficient, I am sad to see her leaving the company and wish her all the best.
