Still waiting - I’ve been waiting two weeks for these…

I’ve been waiting two weeks for these to be delivered to Ireland from the UK. I did get a speedy follow-up message when chasing on the delay but no explanation of it and I had to chase for it myself and yet the Shop app shows that they are delayed once again. I’m not impressed even if the socks are good I won’t be buying from them again. You would think if there was a delay out of their control they would just send another pair by another method? I don’t think these would arrive in time for the trip I bought them specifically for.
