Amazing service from start to end
Amazing service from start to end. Been looking for Mushaf Tadween and Dar Taymiyyah staff went above and beyond to ensure I was able to purchase it from them with speed and quality from the UK all the way to me (based in UAE). Very efficient customer support via email. Definitely recommend to all as they are very trustworthy and have amazing items that can't be found in majority other Islamic bookstores! 10/10 will order again inshAllah.

I received the book about 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date, but that was not their fault. I could have received a notice/update from DarTaymiyyah about the delay though, but instead I had to contact them myself.
Overall I'm pleased with their service.

Didn’t receive my order the day i was meant to, and the order also took long to process. However, I never for once doubted making a purchase as I’ve heard good stuff about them. Alhamdulillah, the admin explained what had happened and I received my order shortly after. As regards to next time, it’d be nice to inform the customer should in case something happens and may have their order delayed. Would also be nice if the sister’s number on the website replied to messages (as I never got a reply, and Allāh knows best why). Overall, I was satisfied with the experience. Alhamdulillah.
