When I didn’t receive an email confirmation, I was a bit concerned because I had never heard of this store. Luckily I had a screenshot with the order number, so I called customer service. They sent me the confirmation and soon after, a shipping notice. My shoes came faster than I expected, and overall, I am very satisfied.

This was my second order from this website. Both times I had a great experience. The product online came very quickly (I’m located in the USA) and I was notified by text when the product would be arriving. The Versace bracelet I ordered came with the original Authentication Verification code and the handbag was also Authentic. The only reason I gave this review a 4 was because I did not receive a confirmation email either time. I had to trust that the order was processed. Overall I would recommend this site. Ps- refunds are given as gift card only, but it is for full price.

I am retracting my previous review as Darvey’s has done the right thing as far as my return is concerned. They refunded me my entire amount including the duty fees. They received the return and acknowledged that the bag was indeed “faulty”. I am all about giving positive reviews whenever I can to boost a company/business. However, when something is not handled well, I will also address that company/business with a negative review. It is only fair for other consumers to have the good, the bad,and the ugly so they can make their own informed decision regarding doing business with said company.

I immediately contacted them and they said it essentially was not their fault but the fault of something that may have happened during its transit! Really?.? Also, I went ahead and purchased the bag through my local Saks Fifth Ave and the bag DID NOT smell like cheese!!]
