The drone came broken and i tried to ask to return it. Customer support ignored me. Tried for weeks no response.

3+ months and no product
Our order XXXXX placed 31 March 2025 was never completed.
We NEVER recieved :
DarwinFPV HULK Ⅱ Waterproof FPV Drone × 1
We have been emailing the company since April 2025. Fraudulently activity taking money and not delivering the product / service and more frustrating not communicating when we have emailed all points of contacts.
They have our money and need to refund immediately.

Darwin fpv … babeyape ii 2 . Shocking quality
Darwin drone fpv may well fly good ,
But the you tube heads are wrong about it being for beginners , the product is flimsy and is not for inexperienced fpv drone people when it comes to keeping it in the air.
The Pcb are dirt , the motor cores tend to fall out after a few hours , don’t even use their parts when building your own fpv .
Try some of the more quality manufacturers.
