We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order. However, we would like to point out that our website clearly states that our delivery times are typically between 8–15 days. Therefore, the information that the item should arrive within 4 days is new to us and currently not understandable from our side.

As we operate across Europe, one of our largest warehouses is located in France, which is why orders may be shipped from there.
