Very slow to respond or no response at all. Tries to push blame on customer for their mistakes, then tries to make you feel stupid for contacting them. Unacceptable.

Peace of mind for my sons driving

Great product, great service, and fast shipping. I was stuck between a few models, and one of the reps helped me to decide. I was surprised and happy to find that he didn't try to upsell me, and actually explained why one of the less expensive cameras that I was considering might actually be the best for me. Quick shipping, got my cam within the week of ordering. Ended up getting the BlackVue DR750LW-2CH Full HD 1080p HD Dash Cam with GPS & WiFi as after research showed me this was the best bang for your buck.
I've had the dashcam for 2 weeks now, so far everything's running smoothly. Easy installation, didn't have to call customer service! This website is the AMAZON PRIME of Dashcams, however the pricing here is way better. I compared a few websites to these guys and in total, they have cheaper prices (including shipping/handling)
I would recommend this site to friends who are looking for dashcams.
