Hey I've tried to get in touch with someone about the dashcam I ordered from y'all at No luck. It has been two weeks and still no dashcam. So I wood like my MONEY BACK. So we will see if y'all are on the u and up

Bought an F800 pro as a gift, it was installed and then there were problems from the start. The first email was ignored altogether, 2nd answered that the tech guru was on vacation and would be back soon and answer all questions, still awaiting. I gave the details to the lady I bought the gift for. She contacted Dashcam Warehouse to be told contact thinkware, basically washed there hands of selling the product. I contacted them on live chat today. Spoke with Steve for a short while, then was abandoned, have a copy of transcript. My advice find what you want for a camera, but if you want decent honest customer service then do not buy it from here.
Yes you did say contact Thinkware, but seeing as I bought the product from yourselves this would mean my contract is with you. If I bought a TV from Curry’s I wouldn’t be contacting the maker with a problem I would contact Curry’s hence my contact with Dashcam Warehouse. You guys don’t seem to want to help that’s fine, I can live with that I’ll get it sorted. But I’ll also let others know how your system works. “Customer service at the heart of everything” you say, “contact Dashcam Warehouse if you have a problem” you say, and when someone does you pass it right along the line !!!!!!!!!

Easy to order prompt service and contacted promptly for installation, excellent customer service regularly keeping me up to date to let me know when the engineer would be in my area for installation, I would recommend them to everyone

The dash cam took over a week to arrive. It came with no instructions so eventhough I’d been told via web chat that it would be easy to install myself, I must now pay to get it sorted at a garage.

Ordered online, arrived within 2 days. I had ordered the installation also and was called the next day I placed the order to arrange a suitable day to fit. I declined at the time as I wanted to wait until i had taken delivery of the camera before booking the installation, and called back once I had the camera. It was installed by a very nice young man who was well presented and polite.

Overall a very good service.

Dashcam delivered nay problem, installation very poor engineer walked off site when asked for identification.

Installation not completed due to inclement weather appt 12.00 16:00 rain stooped at 13:45

No other installation attempt due to leaving the country supplier restoration only to return unit - three days of Christmas holiday lost

I purchased the Blackvue 750s-2CH @ £340.89. dashcamwarehouse.com was the cheapest I could find online with the 128GB SD Card option.

I almost didn't buy from dashcamwarehouse.com because of the current TV adverts warning of 'scam' sites during this time of year (near Christmas) I was now really cautious, especially as I plan to part with a few hundred pounds, but I needed the best Dashcam for my needs at the best price possible.

I decided to check TrustPilot and read previous reviews, naturally I just went straight to the lowest ratings and worried myself further. So I decided to shop around again only to came back and visit dashcamwarehouse.com because it was the affordable price!

I decided to check them out further, they do have a registered company listed on (dot)Gov, all tho there is no phone number, they do have a live chat option, I found out they have a Facebook page as well, and decided to message them my concern and the response was very fast within minutes (usually phone calls your put on hold), really helpful staff and assured me the products are 100% genuine and any problems they will assist.

I decided to then purchase the Blackvue 750s-2CH through their website, second day I got home from work before 17:00 and no delivery as of yet, I thought of the worse, no delivery yet? what have I done?... then all of a sudden, DPD delivery was at my door handing me the Blackvue 750s-2CH all sealed, genuine product, I was so amazed It arrived quick in under 48 hours of ordering, what was I worrying for?

I would highly recommend taking out the Professional Installation provided by dashcamhouse.com as I decided to install myself, at first I installed the camera upside down, changing that around was a drama as it is a very strong stick to the windscreen so getting it right the first time does help, hard-wiring the Dashcam is a little tricky if your new to this, which I am. Again I got the wrong setting on the Blackvue Power Magic and caused the battery to die however I manage to correct this with research, it was probably cheaper and much quicker to have dashcamwarehouse.com install than myself.

It is important to have the SD card properly formatted and the latest firmware installed to Blackvue, again I only found out after installing myself.

After finally testing out the Dashcam, wow fantastic product once properly set up!. However make sure you got a performing computer/laptop/mobile to view footage back, as my laptop is old and this Dashcam records at 1080HD 60FPS my laptop could not play back footage very well (glitchy/green screen/skips footage)
I tested the exact same video clip on our modern TV and a friends newer laptop, the clip was working with no glitches and viewed perfectly at 60FPS. So do not panic if this happens on your own device, make sure you have the required spec to playback footage as technology advances so does everything else.

If you read this, honestly buy with confidence, Delivery was very fast, Product is genuine, this company served me well, their customer service was above and beyond helping me and I would highly recommend them.

While their website could have avoided offering out of date models the sales assistant offered the newer version at a competitive price and despatched punctually when the balance was received. I also had call to contact their support and again I found them very responsive in coming back to me.

Be vary careful, this is not a registered company at UK Compaines House companieshouse.gov.uk neither do they provide any contact addresses or telephone numbers which can be verified, in essence they are hiding in plain sight. This company carries a wealth warning, I know I have been caught by them.

The team couldn't have been more helpful both on webchat and via email. Helped a great in researching a dashcam.

a neat little dash cam, does what it says on the tin, but the installation instruction are not good enough they need real start up/install methods, these are more cam set up
